Full-time Sales & Marketing role at Kampala Marriott Hotel. The position supports the sales process through office administration, preparation of sales documents, client communication and sales activity intended to maximize revenue while retaining guest loyalty.

• Perform general office duties supporting Sales & Marketing, including filing, email and document preparation.
• Prepare sales materials such as proposals, contracts and banquet event orders.
• Assemble brochures, promotional materials and information packages and promote the hotel’s brand image.
• Maintain client contact by phone and email and respond to questions and requests.
• Enter, retrieve, reconcile and verify sales-process information, including leads and commissions; use sales techniques to maximize revenue and guest loyalty.

• High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
• At least 1 year of related work experience preferred.
• No supervisory experience or license/certification is required in the stated preferred qualifications.
• Professional communication, accurate written work, guest-service orientation and ability to follow company policies and quality standards.
