The role controls the records and processes for physical inventory movements across the Uganda logistics network. It coordinates stock counts, reconciliations, returns, shipment records and supplier follow-up to keep system and physical stock aligned.

• Maintain governance records so physical inventory movements are accurately reflected in Syspro.
• Coordinate pre-stocktake controls, follow up actions from reports and meetings, and ensure adjustments are completed before counts.
• Participate in periodic counts of raw materials, finished goods, empties and pallets and reconcile the results.
• Check that deliveries, goods issues, delivery notes and invoices are processed and documented correctly.
• Track goods-in-transit shipments and confirm inter-depot movements with sites.
• Verify returns and credits and reconcile inventory, pallets and returnable glass.
• Monitor logistics suppliers and contractors, including reconciliations, performance and payments.
• Follow up purchase orders and goods-received notes and maintain logistics registers and pallet-management procedures.
• Balance system stock against warehouse stock and support order processing, invoicing and trade-complaint records.

• Three-year degree in Supply Chain, Logistics or Finance.
• Finance and audit experience.
• At least 3 years of experience in inventory controls and process controls.
• High computer literacy, including MS Office, Syspro and Teams; Syspro proficiency required.
• Fluent English, strong numerical/reconciliation skills, attention to detail and communication skills.
