Remote growth role in M-KOPA’s Fintech team, with Kampala among the eligible locations. The role owns customer-conversion work across Repeat Phones and Digital Lending, then transitions into Lifecycle; Uganda is one of the named markets.

• Own reactivation and upgrade campaigns for the Repeat Phones growth pod.
• Learn the Digital Lending growth motion and then take primary responsibility for that pod for a defined period.
• Build and run campaigns across SMS, WhatsApp, push notifications and in-app messaging using CleverTap.
• Track funnel performance, identify drop-off points and run structured experiments on creative, audience, incentive or timing.
• Document effective campaign playbooks and maintain reliable campaign tracking and data quality.

• At least 5 years in growth, performance or lifecycle marketing; fintech, telco or e-commerce experience is preferred.
• Hands-on fluency with CRM platforms such as CleverTap or Braze and ability to interpret funnels or cohorts.
• Evidence of ownership for campaign or pod outcomes, sound judgment and readiness to lead across growth pods.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills; comfortable working in an ambiguous environment.
