• Bachelor's degree in M&E, Social Sciences, Economics, Computer Science, Quantitative Economics, Business Computing, Mathematics, Population Studies or related field; postgraduate M&E or related qualification is an advantage.
• At least 4 years of practical experience/familiarity with applied data management; M&E and project-management experience is a must, preferably in development/non-profit organizations.
• Fluency in English required; French and Kiswahili desirable.
• Relational data management and pipeline languages such as Python/R are advantageous; knowledge of XLS-based collection tools (SurveyCTO, Comcare, Survey123) is required; ArcGIS/QGIS familiarity is listed.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively, organize detail and manage multiple tasks. Posting states Mbarara location and 50% travel.
