• Bachelor's degree in Planning, Economics, Operations Management, Project Management or Business Administration from a recognized institution.
• Four years’ work experience, including two years at a similar level in a reputable organization.
• Planning/scheduling software and data-analysis/reporting capability.
• Competencies listed: integrity/reliability, organization and time management, attention to detail, leadership/team supervision and communication.
