The Operations and Partnerships Associate will optimize operations, manage driver performance, build strategic partnerships, and support business growth and expansion for a Transportation and Logistics company in Kampala. This is an analytical, data-driven role ideal for candidates with experience in fast-paced operations environments, particularly in transport, ride-hailing, technology, or the sharing economy.

Required Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Project Management, or a related field.

Work Experience

• 3+ years of operations experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in transport, ride-hailing, technology, or the sharing economy is an advantage.

Language & Technical

• Proficiency in English and Luganda.
• High Excel proficiency.

Technical Skills

• Operations Management: Optimizing processes, managing driver performance, and supporting business expansion.
• Partnership Development: Building and managing strategic partnerships for business growth.
• Data Analysis: High Excel proficiency for performance tracking and operational reporting.
• Project Management: Managing multiple operational initiatives simultaneously.

Soft Skills

• Analytical Thinking: Strong problem-solving and data-driven decision making.
• Stakeholder Management: Excellent relationship-building with partners, drivers, and internal teams.
• Bilingual: Proficiency in English and Luganda for local operations.
