The Field Officer – Internal Audit checks the quality and integrity of the recipient surveys and enrollment work that support GiveDirectly's cash-transfer program. The three-month field role also monitors compliance with field procedures, identifies program risks and reports suspected fraud or bribery.

• Review field processes and recommend corrections or improvements.
• Assess recipient survey data against quality standards and report inconsistencies.
• Check field-team compliance with GiveDirectly procedures and policies.
• Identify and report program risks in communities.
• Report suspected fraud or bribery by staff or recipients.
• Gather local stakeholders' views of the program in their communities.

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• At least two years' field experience, preferably with disadvantaged communities.
• Some monitoring and evaluation experience.
• Ability to audit recipient surveys and related processes.
• Computer/mobile data-entry skills and strong judgment, integrity and interpersonal skills.
• Ateso (Amuria) and Ngakarimojong (Karamoja) language skills are required.
• Physical fitness and ability to work in difficult weather or terrain.
