About The Company

Unifi is a fast-growing African lender that offers simple, fast personal loans through online, mobile and branch channels. It operates in Zambia, Kenya, Uganda, South Africa and Tanzania, and describes its brand as “Boldly different. Fiercely human. Proudly African.”

The company’s approach is “touch and tech”: warm, face-to-face client service in branches and in the field, backed by its own lending software and in-house data analytics teams. In Uganda, Unifi delivers personal lending products through a branch-based network.

Unifi says it has strong conviction in the African continent and its people, and builds its products to help clients achieve more. That focus on growth is why client acquisition roles like this one sit at the centre of its branch teams.
