About The Company

MOGO Uganda, registered as Mogo Loans SMC Limited, is an asset-financing and consumer-lending company headquartered at Lugogo Office Park, Plot 54 Lugogo Bypass, Kampala. It is licensed by the Uganda Microfinance Regulatory Authority (UMRA) as a non-deposit-taking microfinance institution and is a subsidiary of Eleving Group, an international fintech group operating in 16 countries across three continents.

About The Role

The Regional Manager (Salary Loans) runs MOGO’s check-off lending business across a region. Check-off loans are repaid by deduction through the borrower’s payroll, so the business depends on formal agreements (MOUs) with employers and government votes. You will lead the negotiation of strategic MOUs yourself, support Sales Team Leaders to sign others, and make sure no partnership lapses at renewal.

Beyond deal-making, you own regional performance end to end: setting and cascading sales and appointment targets, coaching Team Leaders, enforcing CRM use and route plans, and submitting consolidated reports to the Country Manager. You also carry portfolio quality, overseeing delinquency escalation, keeping every vote performing and enforcing zero tolerance for fraud, while representing MOGO at regional stakeholder engagements.
