About me

I am a banking professional in Kampala. Since 2019 I have worked as a Relationship Manager in agency and digital banking at a commercial bank in Uganda, where I work with agents, small businesses and customers every day and see how people actually get hired, paid and promoted here.

I started NextRoleHub in May 2026 because job seekers in Uganda deserve one place where every listing is real, every deadline is correct and no one asks for money to apply. I check every job and scholarship before it goes live, and I edit every career guide on the site.

How I write and check our guides

  • Uganda first. Advice is written for Ugandan employers, Ugandan salaries and Ugandan law, not copied from foreign sites.
  • Real figures only. Pay, tax and NSSF numbers come from URA, NSSF, government notices or real job adverts. If we cannot verify a number, we leave it out.
  • Honest about tools. Some drafts are prepared with help from AI writing tools. Every guide is then checked, corrected and approved by me before it is published.
  • Kept up to date. Each guide shows when it was last updated. When rules or pay change, the guide changes too.
  • Never pay to apply. We never charge job seekers, and we remove any listing that asks for a fee.
