About National Union of Disabled Persons of Uganda (NUDIPU)

The National Union of Disabled Persons of Uganda (NUDIPU) is an indigenous umbrella nonprofit organization representing and advocating for the rights and inclusion of persons with disabilities in Uganda. Established in 1987, NUDIPU brings together organizations representing different categories of disabilities and works to promote equal opportunities, inclusive policies, socio-economic empowerment, livelihoods, accessibility and meaningful participation of persons with disabilities in Uganda\'s development processes.
