The Hubert H. Humphrey Fellowship Program 2027-2028 is a fully funded U.S. government fellowship for experienced professionals from Uganda and other eligible countries. Eligibility Requirements
- Be a Ugandan citizen or permanent resident eligible to apply through the U.S. Embassy in Uganda.
