๐Ÿ“˜ About the Program

The Hubert H. Humphrey Fellowship Program 2027-2028 is a fully funded U.S. government fellowship for experienced professionals from Uganda and other eligible countries. It gives mid-career leaders the chance to spend 10 months in the United States combining non-degree graduate-level study with professional development, leadership training, and practical exchange.

Unlike a traditional masterโ€™s scholarship, the Hubert H. Humphrey Fellowship Program is designed for professionals who already have established careers and want to strengthen their impact back home. For Uganda, this makes it especially valuable for applicants working in public service, civil society, media, education, law, health, agriculture, technology, and policy leadership roles.

If you have been searching for fully funded scholarships in Uganda 2026 that support professional growth rather than full degree study, this is one of the strongest opportunities currently open. The program is competitive, internationally respected, and built for applicants who can show leadership, public service, and a clear commitment to contributing to Uganda after the fellowship.
